The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a homicide in the 1900 block of St. Ann Street.
NOPD spokesman Frank Robertson said, shortly after midnight a 21-year-old male was shot multiple times to the body. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of family members.
There are no motives or suspects at this time.
