Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh motorcyclist died shortly after midnight Sunday when his bike ran off a ramp from Capital Boulevard and crashed into a tree.Police said that Jibrey Thomas, 33, lost control of his 2006 Honda bike while going 60 mph around a curve on the off ramp from southbound Capital Boulevard to Wade Avenue. The bike struck a tree off the left side of the ramp, tossing him off.
