WETUMPKA, Ala. AP — The body of a woman, who is believed to have abandoned her children on the side of a road in Wetumpka, has been found in about 15 feet of water in the Coosa River.Elmore County Sheriffs department officials told reporters the body of 28-year-old Lamona Fields Bender of Deatsville was found Tuesday by a sheriffs department dive team at the bottom of the river, about two miles south of Wetumpkas Gold Star Park.Officers had been looking for Bender since Monday afternoon when her children, ages 5 and 2, were found about two miles from where her car was located. The car had gotten stuck in the mud.

So sad, everyone wants God, but to seek him by way of suicide…was she on something. I can’t believe she left her babies like that.
