The incident happened on Ga. 316 at Herrington Road, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Ga. 316 was temporarily shut down while police investigated the accident, which involved a motorcycle and a car.
Gwinnett police told The Atlanta-Journal Constitution that the motorcycle driver did not survive his injuries.
The people in the car had minor injuries, Channel 2 said.
No names have been released.
