Jackson police make a second arrest in connection with the death of an 18-month-old girl.Johnny Williams, 28, is charged with capital murder and is being held without bond in Hinds County Jail. His daughter Jada Williams suffered severe bruising to her body and was pronounced dead at Central Mississippi Medical Center on Tuesday.The child’s mother, Jasmine Porter, 23, was also arrested and charged with capital murder after the autopsy ruled Jada’s death a homicide.
