OZARK, Ala. (AP) — A Dale County just has found an Ozark man guilty of murder in the death of another man.
The Dothan Eagle reports (http://bit.ly/NqthNQ ) that jurors handed down their decision Thursday, at the conclusion of his third trial in the case.
The 24-year-old defendant, Antavis Mills, was convicted of felony murder, attempted murder and first-degree kidnapping in connection with the death of Trent Clark and kidnapping of Dimitri Brown.
Authorities say the crimes occurred on June 25, 2009, at Beaver Pond near Skipperville.
