A 30-year-old Clay County woman was charged in her husband’s murder.Clay County detectives arrested Jacquilla Morgan Bullard, of Orange Park, after police said she shot her husband, 35-year-old Jerry Ray Bullard, Jr., and transported his body in her car to Jacksonville and then reported the car stolen.The victim’s mother, who lives in Indiana, called authorities to do a welfare check on her son.Jacquilla Morgan Bullard was arrested and transported to Clay County Jail on Sunday.This investigation is still on going.
