A Keystone Heights woman driving without her headligths was killed in a two-vehicle crash late Thursday, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
It happened about 11:15 p.m. in the 7700 block of Florida 100 in Keystone Heights, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Angela Cook, 51, was driving west when the vehicle veered into the eastbound lane and struck another vehicle, deputies said. Cook’s vehicle then hit a fence and she was thrown to the passenger side.
Cook was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
