A woman has been arrested after police said she intentionally ran over and killed a man Saturday night.
Jillian Johnson, 31, allegedly argued and physically fought with the man in the 300 block of Bellinger Street, said Matthew Porter, San Antonio Police Department spokesman. At some point, Johnson struck the man and dragged him with her vehicle, Porter said.
The man was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center, where he died from his injuries shortly after.
