Bishop Lewis Williams says it\’s been a difficult month for his congregation, but he\’s trying to give them hope in the midst of this unfortunate attack.
\”As I teach my people the word of God and encourage them that these things do happen in these modern times, but they have someone to fall on and that\’s Christ,\” Williams said.
Williams says two of the victims, Keshell and Keyonna were active at his church at a young age.
\”She was more on the dance ministry, Keshell. And Keyonna, she was apart of our youth ministry. Both of them were apart of the youth, smiley and bubbly,\” Williams said. \”Everybody loved them. Everybody cared for them.\”
