Sheldon Henry

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama – A judge sentenced 21-year-old Sheldon Henry to 30 years in prison and financial restitution today for a Halloween night 2011 shooting during a fight in front of the Showers Center in north Huntsville. Circuit Judge Karen Hall pronounced the sentence in a hearing at the Madison County Courthouse.

Hall, who said she had not made up her mind before sentencing, called the case \”one of those very difficult cases, especially for those of us who have had children your age.\” But Hall said what Henry did \”is inexcusable,\” even if rooted partly in his age.
