A third man has died from injuries he received when a train and pickup truck collided during an ice storm late last month.

David McKenzie, 58, of Foley, died Friday at DCH Regional Medical Center, Sgt. Steve Jarrett, a state troopers’ spokesman, said Tuesday. He was a passenger in a GMC pickup that slid on ice and into the path of an oncoming train on Larry Noland Road on Jan. 28 in Coaling.

Driver Charles Kelly Meiklejohn, 57, of Gulf Shores, and Nahum Terrance Mickles, 39, of Foley, died that day.
