Two people were killed when a helicopter crashed into a woody ravine in an isolated area of northeast Tuscaloosa County on Tuesday.The victims were identified as Alabama Power employee David Carson, 63, of Tuscaloosa, and Matthew Wallace, 51, of Hiram, Ga. Wallace worked for a private company contracted to do work with the power company, said Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit commander Sgt. Dale Phillips.The men were conducting maintenance on a high-voltage power line when the accident happened around 10:15 a.m., he said.A team from the National Transportation Safety Board is expected to arrive in Tuscaloosa County Wednesday morning.Investigators with the Federal Aviation Administration arrived at the accident s
