A Holmes County man was killed in a one vehicle accident near Ponce De Leon .
The Florida Highway Patrol says 59-year-old David Mulberry died when his car ran off the road and struck a tree.
Troopers say Mulberry appeared to be unconscious at the time of the accident.
The wreck happened about 6:30 pm Sunday night on County Road 181-a north of Ponce De Leon.
